  I boycotted the Kennedy Center Honors for the first time since its inception. My favorite show on TV. As a protest, I watched INSIDE CECOT and then a special Hamilton playlist I created for that special night. I was going to watch bowl games, but decided on this path instead.   Reputable breeders do not let new borns be taken away from their mothers and litter until they have bonded for health and emotional stability. That is considered reputable breeding. Why are newborn humans snatched from their mother’s womb and not allowed to bond with their mothers? Are humans not as valuable as pets? Is profit more important than the health and emotional stability of human infants? Do those purchasing these infants not care if they are healthy and/or emotionally stable? What have we become? “Infants and children are being taken, trafficked and KILLED. Yet, the public avoids acknowledging this crime and instead people keep arguing that "children need families." Reflections on Adoption and Identity Someone just liked this post from October 18th, 2018. As they say, what you put on the internet is there forever. So, I was just reminded of it by Facebook. A big deal was made of my once saying I was adopted, given away. And a while after that, saying I may, might have been stolen, kidnapped, trafficked, and I was attacked for “changing my mind.” HORRORS! But I did not change my mind. I related new information I had come across. I dared to keep an open mind.  Seeing this post again reminds me, what does it matter? Face it, I was too young to understand what took place, did not know enough to object, and merely related what I learned. Education is like that.
