ENERGY DRINKS

REMINDER :: “ They don’t care about us “ ☠️
Some youth have actually died of heart attacks !
😳For every 20 oz MONSTER drink, it takes
6 gallons of water to flush it out of your kidneys.
A healthy average person drinks 6 gallons of water in 3 weeks. There is also such a thing as too much water.
😳 For every RED BULL that you drink, it takes nearly a gallon of water to flush it out of your kidneys. The average person drinks a gallon of water in 2 days.
☠️ Energy drinks over-stimulate your adrenal glands to increase hydrocortisone & adrenalin production, then the GABA amino acid comes in to suppress the hyperstimulation so you don’t feel jittery. All this extra work for your adrenal glands can lead to adrenal fatigue or crash. The extra hydrocortisone your adrenal glands are producing makes you resistant to insulin.
The artificial sweeteners that energy drinks contain makes your pancreas work overtime. This hyper-stimulation can cause obesity, hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, can also lead to heart disease, stroke, kidney failure, and nerve damage.
I added my two cents describing my personal experience:
This is nothing to joke around about. I used to work at a job 14 hours a day and sometimes 24 hour shifts. I always kept Vivarin handy and lived on energy drinks, 24 Hour Energy, Red Bull, Silver Bullet, Monster, etc. In 2006 I could hardly get out of bed do to my back pain. Called my doctor and was referred to a Nephrologist. He sent me to a urologist who did an ultrasound and immediately placed me in the hospital for surgery. I had stag horn kidney stones in both kidneys. When I asked if I could pass them like others did, I was told to make a fist. That was the size of my stones, almost the size of my kidneys.
I lived with back pain for quite a while, believing it was from age and being out of shape. The urologist said the stones were so large that I was just days from my kidneys shutting down, me falling over and that’s all she wrote.
Do not fool around with energy drinks. They are loaded with the wrong minerals.
I had percutaneous surgery. They inserted a tube through my back into the kidney, broke up the stone with ultrasound and vacuumed out the fragments. One kidney was damaged and is only 50% functional.
I am only going into detail as a warning to you guys.
